CircularOne began as a project that had been in development for a year but was not yet ready for the business to use. We took it over and built the platform around their operation: partner management, hardware tracking, IoT integration and a central data bank. It now supports their operations worldwide, and we continue to extend it today.

The challenge

ecoSPIRITS reduces single-use glass waste through closed-loop systems. After raising $10 million in Series A funding, the company needed a digital platform to run operations globally and to support its partners.

It engaged a vendor to build one. After a year of development, the platform was not yet ready for the business to use, and ecoSPIRITS still did not have the tools it needed to progress.

The recovery had a deadline attached. What was needed was a working product under a tight timeline, not a fresh start.

What we did

Agile Labs took over the stalled project and built the CircularOne platform. The sequence was recovery first and expansion afterwards: deliver something that works, then extend it.
