EngageRocket set out to build an HR analytics platform that shows organisations what is happening with their people while it is happening. Agile Labs put designers and engineers inside their team and built core parts of the product. The MVP raised a $3 million Series A and the platform now runs in 14 countries.
EngageRocket wanted real-time insight into an organisation’s people rather than a retrospective survey report.
That is a demanding product to build early. It needed customisable survey tools, analytics deep enough to act on, and payment integration, and all of it had to work well enough to raise money on.
Agile Labs supplied UI/UX designers and front-end and back-end engineers who worked alongside EngageRocket’s own people and built core components of the platform.
The client owned the product and the direction. Agile Labs supplied the engineering capacity to reach a working MVP.
